Once upon a time lived a man called Noah.
At that time there were some very bad people. There was only one good person and that was Noah so God told Noah to build a very big boat.
So Noah built a very big boat and when he had finished God sent a flood for 40 days and 40 nights. The flood stayed .
On the 41st day Noah sent a bird. If it didn't return they would have stay where they were. The first day it didn't come back. The second time it came back. So they stepped out and saw a rainbow.
God said I will make this promise that when there is Sun and rain together this will appear. It means that I will never send a flood like this again.
